Well-designed and respectable hotel located so close to the beach with outstanding access, and the Italian restaurant mamma mia.

I loved the European-style building, impeccably clean room with a terrace. The breakfast was plentiful and well presented.

It was trip and we will choose the place for future trips. All in all everything was excellent, had a relaxing stay for an inexpensive vacation. The room was neat and modern in general, with about 6 towels.

Double superior rooms and tidy with the air conditioning and a bottle of rum. The pool area is amazing too.

The facilities were very pretty, clean & well maintained. Food & drinks were good for an all-inclusive. Had a refrigerator in the room with complimentary sodas & water . . . nice! Had name brand liquor(or not bad brand), beer & soda and were not cheap by using cheap stuff. 5 pools, perfect beach, plenty of like new lounge chairs with plenty of chickee huts on beach to protect yourself from sun. Staff was pleasent and entertaining staff was not in your face. Music was played but not all the time and was not load and annoying.

Ihad a positive experience but I would love for them to improve on their evening entertainment options. Maybe bring in local music bands, offer dance classes in salsa etc and then students can practice at dance club, movies for low key people and for families with children.

We are really happy that we chose this place for our stay in Punta Cana, it's a nice hotel with a great restaurant called El Pescador which we visited multiple times, and it definitely deserves 5 stars.

The hotel is nicely situated. Personnel friendly. Food nice and not monotonous. Nice drinks offered in various places. What I found particularly positive and friendly was the fact that after the check out we were not taken the hotel bracelets from our hands. So we did not have to wait for the transportation for a couple of hours without any access to drink or food.

Other opinions said it was a nice place to have a silent vacations. Actually it is not. The folks around are very noisy, so if your building is situated next to the bar or the walking path you can forget about silent nights until very late (or should I say early in the morning). The only option is to switch to the air-conditioning and to hope the the enthusiasts of night drinking will get tired. :). The rooms were very wet if you did not use the aircon all the time.

A such wonderful way to end my trip. This hotel was modern and breakfast was varied. Efficient, amiable staff, marvellous location very close to an all inclusive special restaurant, the Dominican Republic from January 29 through February 5, and the soft, white sandy beach. Also, close to a tram stop. Double superior and modern room with a view to garden.

The location was stunning and wonderful for walking around Arena Blanca Beach. The staff were both EFFICIENT and best. I booked immaculate, large room with fan already on and a king bed plus about 6 towels.

Great location for a beach vacation, stunning views. Friendly staff, some language barriers. Good selection of food, nice atmosphere. Rooms are simple but comfortable, with daily replenishments and good AC. a good option for a week-long stay, especially if you prefer weekdays over weekends.
